11 a.m. – Women & Investing – Edward Jones
Alex Schardt with Oppenheimer Funds will present a how-to workshop for women interested in setting and achieving financial goals.

Noon – “Is This a Hot Flash or Do I Have a Fever?” – Memorial Hospital
Karin Taylor, D.O., and Deb Taylor, Nurse Practitioner, will discuss the signs and symptoms of menopause.

1 p.m. – The Advantages of Local State-Funded Adoption vs. International Options – Children’s Home of York
The Children’s Home of York, a community resource since 1865, offers state-funded adoptions with training and support every step of the way.  Join Tara Dillenbeck as she discusses a local alternative to costly international adoptions.

2 p.m. – You’re IT: Information Technology Career Opportunities for Women – Penn State York
Information technology is a great career for women of any age to pursue.  Meet several York-area women who are IT professionals and learn more about this rewarding field from women on the inside.  

3 p.m. – Advances in Skin Treatments – Center for Cosmetic Dermatology

4 p.m. – The 40/70 Rule: Bridging the Communication Gap Between Seniors and Their Families – Home Instead Senior Care
