Set-up Time:
Friday, October 5, 12 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Show Hours: Saturday, October 6, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and
Sunday, October 7, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tear Down: Sunday, October 7, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Admission Cost: $4 or free with Weis

Show Features

Seminars and workshops on a variety of women's topics will be conducted.
- Keynote
speaker, fashion shows and more will be featured on the M&T Bank Stage.
- Cooking and
other demonstrations will be featured in the bare™
Skin Care Theatre.
- A grand prize
drawing valued at $1,000 or more will attract attendees
to the show.
- A portion of
the proceeds of the show will be donated to a local
charity.

Marketing Support

A marketing campaign valued at more than $180,000
including radio, newspaper, television, outdoor, direct
mail, Internet and more will direct thousands of women to
the show
- Exhibitors
will receive marketing materials to include in their own
advertising
- Additional
promotional support and ticket distribution will be provided by the York County
Chamber of Commerce and show sponsors

Women's Show
**A $250
non-refundable deposit per booth is required to reserve a
space. The balance is due by August 1, 2012. A late payment will
incur an additional fee. Failure to pay by due dates may result in
forfeiture of booth(s). All booths
are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. By
submitting a deposit, exhibitors agree to abide by all
rules and regulations of the Women's Show. Rules and
regulations will be made available to exhibitors prior to
the show. The Women's Show reserves the right to reject
an exhibitor or change its location.
